2 pizza base
Veggies – tomato, onion, capsicum, sweet corn. Cut it into pieces according to the size you want for toppings (you can also use other veggies of your choice)

For pizza sauce-1 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp oil, 3 tbsp tomato puree with 2 green chillies, 4-5 garlic and ginger, salt, black pepper and chilli powder.
- We start with pizza sauce, first of all make tomato puree with one and half tomato two green chillies, one inch ginger, 4-5 garlic.
- Now take a glass microwave safe bowl and add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp tomato sauce to it. Now add the tomato puree we just made add half spoon black pepper powder to it, some red chili powder and salt according to your taste. Microwave the mixture for 3 minutes in microwave at 200°c. Your pizza sauce is ready.
- Take a pizza base, apply a layer of pizza sauce on it, now arrange veggies and sprinkle some salt and black pepper on it. Now, add sone grated Mozarella cheese on the top.
- Pre-heat microwave on convection mode for 5 minutes on 200°c, then bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes on 200°c on the baking rack in microwave. Your yummy pizza is ready to eat.
